Condition
The underframe and gates to one side with considerable worm damage with restorations to joints with legs, the other support to the gate replaced and with other later replacements to frame, the central tie with extensive worm damage and repairs to joints with frame, later screws throughout, later blocks, various old screw holes to flaps, repolished throughout, due to shrinkage of top, flaps do not fully close.
