Description

  • height 5 1/2 in.
  • 14 cm
the bulbous body covered in a cream-colored slip ground and trailed in brown on either side of the exterior with a pattern of wavy lines beneath a dot border on the slightly everted rim. Minor chips and haircrack.

Condition

There are two ¾-inch deep chips, three ½-inch deep chips, four ¼-inch shallow chips and three 1/8-inch shallow chips on the rim of the cup. There are also two 1-inch vertical hair cracks running from the rim into the body above one handle. There are some minor chips to the glaze on the interior of the bowl. Otherwise the cup is in good condition.
