Condition
Overall in very good condition. The metal frame with surface scratches, abrasions, nicks, rubbing and losses to paint as would be expected, which are concentrated on the lower portions of the legs and feet. Possibly with areas of repainting. The wooden frame with gentle wear, including surface scratches, nicks, dings and minor areas of discolorations. The top surface of the arms with areas of rubbing to finish and the proper right arm with a few small liquid stains, measuring less than a quarter inch at the back portion of the arm. The cushions with only very minor soiling and one small area of fraying along the piping. Some small white stains throughout and one cushion with a horizontal white discoloration, which appears to resemble the width between the black splats and extends 2/3 of the width of the cushion. The leather piping with significant wear and losses, especially at the corners. The cushions are slightly firm and it appears that the foam interior is slightly brittle. The previous owners had a second set of upholstery cushions made that are red with black leather piping and buttons, which were never used. They are slightly thicker, but were made to copy the tan pair.
