Condition
Overall in excellent condition. The chair has been recently cleaned by a professional restorer. With very minor scattered surface scratches. One area of deeper scratches to the exterior of the loop closest to the foot area. There is also an area of concentrated dark spotting to the top surface of the foot portion of the chair. Otherwise the surface is in excellent condition. The chair needs to be handled with gloves, as touching with one's hands leaves marks which cannot be easily wiped off. This is a superb design with a bold sculptural form and elegant curvilinear lines.
