27-cm enamel dial with Roman numerals signed Goffin A Angers, fine foliate pierced engraved hands, similarly signed verge movement with silk suspended pendulum and countwheel striking on a bell, waisted case with concave top surmounted by an urn and throughout adorned with foliate bronze mounts, veneered with green horn inlaid with scrolling engraved flowers, shaped glazed front door with a foliate mount, shaped base raised on tapered feet, together with a matching ogee shaped bracket
