Description
of rectangular form with squared corners, the circular baitong lockplate incised with a shou medallion and completed with ruyi-shaped hasp, the sides with bail handles, with rectangular backplates retained by split pins (2)
Condition
There are numerous scratches, small splits and filled areas and patches, primarily at the corners and edges. The top of one chest with an 8 x 1 inch missing section at the rear corner.
