Provenance

It is believed the current lot was given to the vendor's father-in-law, a former Managing Director of Jaeger, by the architect Dennis Lennon. It has been known by the vendor since 1956.

 

Catalogue Note

Dennis Lennon was a prolific architect and designer in post war Britain. After working with Maxwell Fry he went on to design numerous prestigious interiors, including for Bank of America, Rothschild's International, Vickers and Jaeger shops.
