Description

  • one with crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue to rear of base (youth), the other with traces of blue crossed swords mark
  • 14.8cm., 5 7/8 in. and 14.2cm., 5 5/8 in.
the girl with a recumbent sheep at her feet, wearing a blue bodice draped with a flower garland, a yellow-lined skirt decorated with indianische Blumen and a puce underskirt, the youth playing the flute, a a seated dog at his feet, wearing a pale puce jacket, yellow tunic and green breeches, the bases applied with leaves and flowers
