Description
- A Corinthian Bronze Helmet
- Height 12 in. 30.5 cm.
of Corinthian type hammered from a single sheet of bronze, with crested dome, offset concave neck protector notched at the shoulders, long pointed cheek-pieces with holes for attachment of the chin strap at the base, and finely contoured eyes and nose guard, the almond-shaped eyes with extended contours in relief at the outer corners.
