Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is richer and more vibrant in the original.
Condition: This work is in good condition. There is adhesive residue in places along the glass base and there are chips and rough edges to the glass base, inherent to the artist's working process. There is additional adhesive along the top of the book fragment. There is also adhesive residue to both front and back covers; all inherent to the artist's working process. There is wear in places to the entire book fragment, most notably towards the end of the spine. There is very slight paper lifting to the bottom right corner of the back cover and at the bottom left of the spine, visible in the catalogue illustration. There is a small nick below the word 'snow' on the spine.
