Condition
Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is richer and more vibrant, with the white background tending more towards grey in the original. There is also more contrast in the original.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is minor wear at the top right corner with associated paint loss. There is a fine horizontal scratch approximately 5cm. long towards the top right hand corner. There is slight canvas draw towards the bottom left hand corner. There are faint handling marks in place along all four overlaps. No restoration is apparent under ultra-violet light.
