Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is warmer and richer, with browner hues to the board in the original. Condition: This works is in very good condition. There are some losses to the varnish in places throughout the board, most visibly to the outer edges. There is a small plaster loss found directly beneath the stone and to the right of the orange flower, according to the catalogue illustration. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
