Condition
Colours: The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration.
Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are small artist's holes in the top two corners and the surface and edges of the work are slightly uneven throughout. There are rub marks and minute spots of loss in places along all four extreme edges and corners, most notably to the bottom two corners. Most of the wear would appear to be original to the work's execution. There is a light rub mark towards the figure's hand, and one to the bottom right hand corner, both of which are visible in the catalogue illustration. There are light handling marks in places throughout the composition.
