Condition

Original canvas. Faint stretcher marks to borders. There are three pinhole-sized punctures to the paint surface, upper left corner. Light scattered surface dirt. Ultraviolet light reveals scattered flecks of retouching throughout and an area of retouching, upper centre, to an old stretcher mark. Held in a simple gold-painted frame with canvas inset.
