Estimate
5,000 - 7,000 EUR
bidding is closed

Description

Condition

Fair condition overall. The red lacquer on the reverse of the figure looks more convincing than the probably later paint in the front. The base has also been later repainted with a later gilded painting. A few fingers missing on the hands of the subsiary arms, as well as some attributes. The mandorla is splitting in two parts. Three small holes and some wood worms to the dress, another one on the right anckle and on the mandorle. The head is well carved. The figure probably dates from the first half of the XXth century.
