  • A Bronze Figure of a Divinity
  • Height without tenon 4 15/16 in. 12.5 cm.
perhaps Seth, the animal-headed deity seated with his feet resting on a footstool and holding his clenched hands on his thighs, and wearing a striated kilt with central tab, wide belt, broad collar, and striated tripartite wig, a finely engraved line delineating the chest muscles, the face with incised mouth, dotted nostrils, eyes recessed for inlay (one inlay apparently remaining), and contoured eyebrows.
