An Early and Rare Acomita Polychrome Canteen

circa 1810, with pronounced convex body, fragmentary ring handles and cylindrical neck, painted in dark brown against a worn chalky white slip, with an abstracted element, composed of a strip of bisected diamonds amid a field of bars, "negative" leaves and other geometric motifs, all surmounting a scalloped band.
