the large funnel bowl finely engraved with a continuous panoramic view of the city and bearing its coat-of-arms in three oval panels on one side and a rayed sun and cloud on the reverse with polished centre, set on a spirally-twisted baluster stem flanked by several collars above a wide conical foot
