signed, the waisted cylindrical form painted with a statue before large buildings, within an amber-stained rectangular panel with gilt foliate decoration, the reverse inscribed Der Josephsplatz in Wien. in gilding, below an amber-stained gilt foliate rim, the cogwheel foot with part amber-stained star-cut base
