Description
- 12cm., 4¾in.
the waisted cylindrical form of amber tint, painted with a view of a cathedral within a narrow amber-stained rectangular panel gilt with formal leaves, inscribed below FACCIATA DEL DUOMO DI MILANO on a white ground, above a cogwheel foot and star-cut base, the remainder and interior overall gilt

Von Strasser also lists the number of glasses with Italian subjects and makes reference to similar views found on Vienna porcelain from 1792.
