Description
- 12.2cm., 4¾in.
the waisted cylindrical form with a gilt titled view Vue du bain de Joseph devant le Frauenthor à Baden., against an amber-stained panel below a scene of buildings within an amber rectangular panel gilt with formal leaves, the reverse with amber band below the gilt edged rim with arcaded border, a narrow amber band below with meandering gilt vine tendril, above a cogwheel foot heightened in gilding and part amber-stained star-cut base

Condition
There is a very small area of rubbing to the gilded rim on the left side behind the painted panel; some minor rubbing to the vine tendril and to the edges of the palisade flutes, otherwise generally in good condition overall
