painted in the center with an eagle emblazoned with a red, white and blue shield, clasping in his talons a laurel branch and a cluster of arrows and suspending from his beak a ribbon inscribed E PLURIBUS UNUM within a characteristic border around the rim. Minor chip to footrim.
