Antonio Carluccio

In 1992, Carluccio and Paolozzi took part in a B.B.C. challenge whereby they exchanged jobs for a week. During that time, Carluccio taught Paolozzi how to cook the perfect polenta with ragu of rabbit (consumed by an approving crew) and, in exchange, Paolozzi taught Carluccio how to sculpt. The resulting sculptures were then fired at the Royal College of Art Sculpture School where Eduardo was teaching at the time.
