Condition
Original canvas. There is a small spot of retouching to the lower left edge and a few spots towards the centre of the upper edge visible under ultraviolet light, other pigments fluoresce though these do not appear to be retouchings. The paint surface is in good overall condition though the sky may benefit from a light surface clean. Held in a simple gilt wood frame with a canvas slip.
