Condition
The ultra violet light reveals a thick fluorescent varnish; retouches on the nose and on the left-hand side of the mouth and the cheek; some brownish lines among the hair could be retouches.
Due to the strong varnish no more can be noticed.
It needs a careful cleansing and consolidation.
