fitted with a later pink damask upholstery, the high backrest with elaborate floral garlands and flower filled basket medallion above a musical trophy, the curved armrests headed by naked putti.
Condition
Later upholstery. The frame with the usual nicks, dents and scratches consistent with age and use. Cabinet joints visible in places consistent with carcass movement. The entire frame has been redecorated with a gold paint. Some flaking to decoration showing gesso in places, mostly to the putti.
