Description

  • height overall 7 ft. 2 1/2 in.
  • 219.8 cm
both signed Maxant, the vase painted all around with a figure of the cloudbourne Aurora seated on a chariot drawn by two winged female companions, the lid with pseudo Sèvres marks, the pedestal painted with frolicking putti to the front and a musical trophy to the back.
