Gold, silver and cabochon ruby evening purse with watch, Boucheron, circa 1954

The hinged rectangular case with mirrored lid surmounted by an openwork panel depicting birds and flowers studded with round cabochon rubies, the interior with lipstick case, perfume flacon, comb, powder compartment and an additional covered compartment, the thumbpiece engraved with flowers and inset with a rectangular watch dial, 5 1/8 by 3 3/8 inches, signed Boucheron, Paris. With signed fitted case, 2 fabric purse sleeves and original bill of sale from 1954.
