This is the context of my art. I could not make Pop art while standing in line to buy a pair of shoes. My work comes from the experience of crowds, injustice, and aggression. In my country, making art was a reason for punishment and imprisonment. It was the voice of the population. Protest could not be put into writing, so it was put into art.
