The ritual implement surmounted by three hardstone animal and demon faces and ears set into the white metal head, each face with a coral, turquoise and lapis inset crown and turquoise necklace, the whole topped by a half-vajra, the green hardstone handle with white metal mounts and the rock crystal blade engraved with ornamental Lhantsa script and issuing from a gilt copper makara topped by a hardstone animal mask.
