Original Brick and Seat From Yankee Stadium

This pair of artifacts were recovered during the mid 1970's Yankee Stadium renovation project. The 8" by 2 1/2" brick has much of its original blue paint and is adorned by a 3" gold plaque commemorating the Stadium's 50th anniversary. Ex – Charlie Sheen Collection. The accompanying stadium seat that once resided in "The House That Ruth Built" is of the straight back variety. It has been carefully refurbished with a recent coat of “Yankee blue” paint and the number "7" stenciled in black on the top back slat (an homage to Mickey Mantle). The seat is structurally sound with the exception of one loose slat from the seat bottom.
