A near contemporary copy after Bouliard's original design of which there exist numerous autograph versions including one in the Musée Magnin, Dijon (see P. Quarné, Musée des Beaux Artes de Dijon, Catalogue des Peintures Français, Bourgogne 1968, p. 47 cat. no. 82) and another sold New York, Sotheby's, 19 May 1994, lot 92.
