Carved in openwork with the deity standing in samapada on a recessed pedestal, his four hands holding a rosary, trident, manuscript and water flask, richly bejeweled with his belly protruding over an elaborate waistband with beaded festoons, his hair arranged in a tall, cylindrical coiffure secured with a jeweled diadem. The expressively carved face with smiling lips, a long striated beard and almond-shaped eyes beneath arched eyebrows. Brahma is flanked by four standing attendant figures below and two seated figures above holding the conch and water flask respectively.
