Giovan Maria di Bartolomeo Bacci di Belforte, called Rocco Zoppo, is documented as being active in Florence from 1496 until his death in 1508. He was a Florentine follower of Perugino and is recorded by Vasari as working with him on the Sistine Chapel. Todini also suggests that he served as an active member of Perugino's studio (see Literature below). He is also documented as a follower of El Vannucci and connected to Luca Signorelli and Bartolomeo della Gatta.
