Description

of conventional sceptre form, the head, shaft and terminal inlaid with deep blue lapis streaked with golden suffusions, the shaft intricately cast with the 'bajixiang' (Eight Buddhist Emblems) amidst scrolling foliage, the edges with a T-pattern scroll and the underside chased with large stylised peony flowers emitting scrolling foliage
