In this summer’s live sale of Old Master &amp; 19th Century Paintings in London we are delighted to present a rich and wide variety of paintings from all of the major national schools of art. This sale will also include Victorian and Russian paintings, and a range of pictures from nineteenth-century continental Europe. Highlights from the sale include works by Jacob Jordaens and his workshop, Simon Vouet, Bernardo Cavallino, and a set of ‘The Four Seasons’ by a follower of Arcimboldo; and later works include paintings by Sir Alfred James Munnings, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot and Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky.
