This April, Sotheby’s is pleased to present Contemporary Auction in Milan, which will coincide with two of the most awaited events in the city’s creative scene: the Salone del Mobile and Miart fair. The sale will present a refined selection of works spanning the post-war era to the present day by some of the most globally acclaimed Italian and internationally artists. Works by Lucio Fontana, Giorgio Morandi and Alighiero Boetti, as well as Fausto Melotti, Piero Dorazio, Afro and Enrico Castellani, will be set in dialogue with works by renowned international artists, thus offering fresh appreciation and new perspectives for each work presented.
