The Harley Gallery, the permanent home of the Portland Collection of Welbeck Abbey, will be opening a brand new display of unseen treasures in March. The display will include many works of art which have never been on public display before. Known for its particularly rich collection of Tudor and Stuart portraits, masterpieces such as Michelangelo's Madonna del Silenzio and the macabre pearl earring worn by Charles I at his execution will also be featured within the galleries located in Nottinghamshire.
The new display will open on 25th March 2023.
