1. Sandra Oh
Sandra Oh was not only the first person of Asian descent to host the Golden Globes, but she also was the first Asian actress to win the Globe for best leading TV actress in 39 years. Having won her first Golden Globe in 2006 for her role as Cristina Yang on Grey’s Anatomy, Oh is also the first Asian woman to win multiple Golden Globes. While she donned several looks throughout the evening, we particularly loved the old Hollywood glamour of her white Atelier Versace gown, paired with Forevermark diamond earrings.
2. Saoirse Ronan
The Irish actress wore a plunging Gucci gown featuring antique platinum-beaded sheer tulle with crystal embroideries. Adding pops of color were her popsicle-red lips and Chopard earrings, comprised of 34.88 carats of pear-shaped emeralds and 21.43 carats of cushion-cut diamonds.
3. Lady Gaga
The Golden Globe winner unsurprisingly dressed to impress in a voluminous periwinkle Valentino Haute Couture gown and bespoke Tiffany & Co. jewels. Her ‘Aurora’ necklace included over 300 pear-shaped and round brilliant diamonds. Led by its 20-carat pear-shaped diamond drop, the necklace weighs over 80 total carats.
4. Emily Blunt
The Mary Poppins actress wore a 19th-century flower hair pin, as well as an antique cut ruby and diamond ring and a pair of old mine-cut diamond earrings from a royal family, to complement her Alexander McQueen dress.
5. Kiki Layne
Chokers were one of the evening’s top jewelry trends, and Kiki Layne’s topped our list. One of the year's breakout stars, the If Beale Street Could Talk actress stunned on the red carpet in a custom blush Dior dress and Bulgari diamond necklace.
6. Camilla Belle
Camilla Belle delivered one of the Globes' most daring beauty looks and memorable ensembles. She accessorized her blue and green Jason Wu gown with earrings by Martin Katz.
7. Judith Light
Wearing a Christian Siriano dress and Sidney Garber pearls, Judith Light proved diamonds aren’t the only gem that can shine on the red carpet.
8. Joanna Newsom
Multitalented musician and wife of Golden Globes co-host Andy Samberg, Joanna Newsom wore the evening's most whimsical look. Neil Lane jewels perfectly complemented her golden Rodarte dress.
9. Catherine Zeta-Jones
A notorious lover of jewel tones, Catherine Zeta-Jones delivered timeless glamour in Elie Saab Haute Couture and Lorraine Schwartz earrings and ring to match. Together, the pieces featured over 200 carats of Colombian emeralds.
10. Stephan James
Also seen on Michael B. Jordan, the “man brooch” was alive and well on the Golden Globes red carpet. Stephan James accented his Ralph Lauren tuxedo with a Swarovski label pin and a Chopard watch and cuff links.
11. Kristen Bell
Kristen Bell was glowing in a gown from Zuhair Murad's resort 2019 ready-to-wear collection and nearly 130 carats of Harry Winston diamonds.
12. Allison Janney
Arguably the most colorful look of the night, Allison Janney looked radiant in her Christian Siriano gown, paired with David Webb's Heraldic Thorn Link Necklace and Le Vian's Passion Ruby earrings.
13. Glenn Close
Close received a standard ovation for winning Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama, and she certainly looked the part in custom Armani Privé and Cartier jewels.
14. Molly Sims
For Molly Sims, more was more in her floral Marchesa gown and statement Lorraine Schwartz earrings.

The Crazy Rich Asians star wore custom Vera Wang and jewels by Messika, including the high jewelry 'Madeleine' choker, 'Firebird' earrings and 'My Twin Trio' ring.

Messing paired her metallic Pamella Roland ensemble with SABBA diamond and titanium ear pendants from FD Gallery.
17. Olivia Colman
Colman won Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy for her portrayal of Queen Anne in The Favourite. The actress wore a custom black silk and diamond mesh Stella McCartney gown with jewels by David Morris.
18. Marina de Tavira
Mexican actress Marina de Tavira wore labradorite and diamond heart earrings by Irene Neuwith, whose designs could also be seen on Maya Rudolph and Rachel Brosnahan.
19. Isla Fisher
Isla Fisher wore $5.5-million worth of jewels by "King of Diamonds" Harry Winston to go with her Monique Lhuillier black lace gown.
20. Dakota Fanning
Fanning’s Armani gown was the perfect canvas for jewels by Neil Lane and Beladora, whose vintage diamond garland necklace was both delicate and striking.
