The Royal Collection Trust has announced their latest exhibition for 2023. Style & Society: Dressing the Georgians builds on the increasingly popular trend of combining fine art and fashion to bring to life paintings of the past with glorious silks, laces, frockcoats and dresses. Luxurious textiles, sparkling jewellery, and a range of accessories from snuff boxes to swords will be displayed alongside masterpieces by Gainsborough, Zoffany and Hogarth drawn from the Royal Collection.
The exhibition will run from 21 April 2023 until 8 October 2023.
