The inherent modernity, the bold design and the approach to new textiles of each piece are timeless, and a true testament to Paulin’s innovative thinking in terms of the Art of Design. When looking at his work we experience a sense of architectural wonder paired with a feeling of familiar comfort: this is what great design must feel like!

Working closely with Paulin’s estate, The Invisible Collection founders have handpicked a series of pieces which best represent the designer’s vision. The arrangement in the room is a masterful reminder of Paulin’s versatile creativity, and effortless elegance. His fascination for seating is celebrated with a choice of truly iconic pieces: the Big C Sofa, the Tapis-Siège, the Alpha Club armchairs, the F050 chairs, the Elysée stools. The highlights of the presentation include a stunning Cathédrale table, and a rarely seen series of side-tables from the renowned Elysée Collection that Paulin designed in 1970, when he refurbished the presidential residence of Georges Pompidou. The entire décor is an invitation to let one’s imagination run free between a cool pop atmosphere and a bold contemporary feel.
