Biography
An enthusiast and collector first, Vincent Brasesco has been a lifelong collector of watches. Focused on the stories and provenance that each watch carries; he has developed a deep knowledge base in vintage wristwatches.
Vincent joins Sotheby’s following his tenure as the US Director for Watchonista, as well the former CFO & COO of Analog/Shift where he negotiated and managed the sale of the business to Watches of Switzerland Group in 2020. Prior to working in the watch industry, his early career was in Hedge Funds & Asset Management.
An active member of the collecting community, Vincent can often be found with other watch collectors – or engaged with his other passion, vintage cars. It should come as no surprise he is particularly fond of racing chronographs like the OMEGA Speedmaster.
An Academy Member of the Grand Prix d’Horologerie de Genève (GPHG), Vincent is a strong advocate in the power of watches to bring people together around the world.
