Gordon Lo

Gordon Lo is the Head of Sales in the Chinese Works of Art department based in Sotheby’s London. Gordon began his career at Sotheby’s in 2017 as a researcher in the International Research team, and joined the specialist department in 2019. He was since been instrumental in orchestrating landmark auctions, including the highly celebrated sales of the collections of the Late Sir Joseph Hotung and Dr Wou Kiuan. Gordon holds a Master’s degree in History of Art and Archaeology from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and a Master’s degree in Management in Marketing from University of London. A native of Hong Kong and raised in Canada, he is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
