Benjamin Rickert

Benjamin Rickert is a Coordinator in the Valuations department at Sotheby’s. He works alongside the Head of the Department with collectors and fiduciaries managing complex valuations for the purposes of sale, estate planning, charitable contribution, collateral loan, collection management, government indemnity and insurance. He joined Sotheby’s in 2022 as a Senior Administrator in the Valuations department.

Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University, New York. He has successfully completed the coursework and examination in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
