Biography
Barbara Perusquia de Lobeira joined Sotheby's in 1993, pioneering the Latin American auction market in northern Mexico. During her nine years as Sotheby's representative in Monterrey, Ms. Lobeira has also organized local and international conferences, exhibitions, and galas. She is currently involved in the revival of the city's international art fair.
