Sotheby’s South of England incorporates the West of England, East Anglia, and all counties between and up to a line from Gloucestershire to Suffolk. William Lucy is head of this area, as well as the Channel Islands, for which see the separate link.
William has been over 30 years at Sotheby’s – about half with the Valuation department and the other half looking after this region. William is therefore used to giving objective advice for all situations, whether they be valuations for insurance or other purposes, strategic planning, division, or, of course, buying and selling. William works closely with the full range of Sotheby’s specialist departments as well as with the Valuation and Tax & Heritage teams.
