The sale opens with the prestigious estates of Vosne-Romanée, perhaps Burgundy's most renowned village, home to legendary vineyards like Romanée-Conti, La Tâche and Richebourg. With producers such as Domaine de la Romanée-Conti (DRC), Leroy, Méo-Camuzet, Cathiard, and Liger-Belair, the wines from Vosne-Romanée are celebrated worldwide for their elegance, precision, and unmatched quality.

Continuing north through the Côte de Nuits, we arrive at the enchanting village of Chambolle-Musigny, celebrated for producing some of Burgundy's most elegant and ethereal wines. This village is home to illustrious domaines such as Georges Roumier, whose elusive wines are the stuff of legends; Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier, admired for his perfumed and delicate masterpieces; and Comte Georges de Vogüé, a storied estate with roots dating back to 1450.

Chambolle-Musigny

Gevrey-Chambertin, arguably the most celebrated village in the Côte de Nuits, is renowned for its powerful and complex Pinot Noir wines. Boasting an impressive nine Grand Crus—the highest number in the Côte de Nuits—it stands as a pinnacle of Burgundian excellence. This chapter highlights a stunning array from esteemed producers like  Rousseau, Faiveley, and Dugat-Py. Offering exceptional formats and vintages worthy of any discerning cellar, these wines are treasures for serious collectors.

Gevrey Chambertin

Nestled between the delicate wines of Chambolle-Musigny and the powerful Pinot Noirs of Gevrey-Chambertin, the village of Morey-Saint-Denis offers a harmonious blend of both styles. With esteemed producers like Dujac, Ponsot, Clos de Tart, and Lambrays leading the way, some might argue that we've saved the best for last. Morey-Saint-Denis stands as a testament to the diversity and excellence of Burgundy's red wines.

Diverse offerings of White Burgundy are on offer in Part V as well, with a particular focus on the vineyard of Montrachet - widely regarded as one of the highest expressions of Chardonnay. Nine top producers of the region are showcased here, with Leflaive’s rare Montrachet bottling and case quantities of Ramonet being particular highlights. The likes of Leroy, Coche-Dury, and Raveneau bolster the selection with offerings from the additional Grand Crus of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Chablis, as well as the lauded Premier Crus of Meursault.
