This fall, Sotheby’s Modern &amp; Contemporary Day Auction is delighted to present a phenomenal selection of prominent works by sought-after Western and Asian contemporary artists. Leading the diverse array of works offered are blue-chip icons Damien Hirst, Andy Warhol, George Condo, and Antony Gormley. There is a remarkable showcase of Japanese art from all periods, featuring Gutai icons Atsuko Tanaka and Takeo Yamaguchi, as well as contemporary icons Yayoi Kusama, Yoshitomo Nara, and Takashi Murakami. Joining the curation is an esteemed collection of meditative works by Dansaekhwa artists Yun Hyong-keun, Ha Chonghyun, and Chun Kwangyoung. We are also thrilled to shine a spotlight on a selection of upcoming market darlings such as Maja Ruznic, William Brickel, and Eva Helene Pade, amongst many other names.
