An Egyptian Limestone Head of a King or God
probably 3rd Intermediate Period, 1075-716 B.C.
probably Osiris, with fragmentary beard, finely carved mouth with full outlined lips, large eyes recessed for inlay, and wearing a tall Osiroid crown, the plumes(?) and uraeus missing.
Height 39 cm.
