Description

Comprising: a presentation pendant designed as the cipher of Tsar Ferdinand I of Bulgaria accented by circular-cut rubies and rose diamonds, within a green enamelled laurel wreath; a pendant inscribed E and 1903 set with a milk tooth, enhanced with cabochon turquoises, one small turquoise deficient.

The pendant inscribed E and 1903 is set with a milk tooth of Princess Eudoxia of Bulgaria (1898-1985) who was five years old in 1903, presumably it holds the first milk tooth she lost.
